I felt the Spirit as soon a I walked in the door to Revolution Church, I knew we were in for some great stuff. I just didn't know HOW GREAT!!

My first morning there, as I was in prayer I felt the Lord tell me He was "going to do a new work in me".  I watched as others in my group were set free and Praised God for it.

I waited to see what kind of "new work" God was going to do in me.
I was really experiencing God, but I still didn't know what God wanted to do.

Sunday night we had planned a foot  washing for the people of Revolution Church. I looked forward to this, as the people had blessed us in so many ways since we first walked in the door. I had no idea this was going to be the start of the "new work".

After we had washed the feet of Revolution, I was standing behind one of the chairs in Praise and Worship. Just thanking God for all He was doing, when Joe Bradshaw and one of the girls on the mission team with me, came and asked if they could wash my feet?

I really didn't feel worthy to have them do this, but I did agree.
As I sat in the chair and took off my shoes, God started working on me. As soon as Joe and Alicia touch my feet I felt the heart of the Father.

Through them, God told me how much He loved me and how proud of me He was. I knew these words from God. After this service, I thought God was done with me, but He wasn't. We went to the Cave of the Winds I felt totally drained. After we got settled with our sleeping bags and blankets, the turned off the lights - total darkness!! I couldn't see anything.

As John talked about how to touch God, first by confession, I started praying and asking God "what do I need to confess so that I can come closer to You?" God told my I had been keeping him at arms length, never letting Him get too close, because I was afraid.

After I confessed this- out loud I might add- God did a healing work in me.
I want to be as close to God as I can possibly get.

He (God) also let me see Him as my Father. I grew up without a father. I've never known what it was like, until God showed me.

I have to add that during Sunday night service. God danced with me! It was awesome!!!!!!- Kitty Johnson
